I'm having trouble placing an order
What to do if you have problems with placing an order.
1. Contact the website support service.
If you have any difficulties with placing an order, for example:
- An unexplained error appears when you try to make a purchase.
- Problem with entering a promo code: the system does not accept the code or the discount is not applied.
- Problems with payment via PayPro Global: the transaction fails or errors occur during payment.
- Can't resolve an order issue with the seller.
2. Contact the seller of the item.
You can also contact the seller of the item if the question concerns a specific item or store.
3. Problems with payment via PayPal.
If you encounter any problems when paying for your order via PayPal, we recommend that you contact PayPal support directly to resolve this issue.
4. You did not receive a confirmation email
Possible reasons:
- The payment is still being processed: An order confirmation email is sent automatically only after the payment has been successfully processed. Please wait for a while.
- The email went to the Spam folder: Check your spam folder in your email. Sometimes emails can get there accidentally.
If you are not sure that the delayed email is due to the above reasons, please contact the website support service for additional assistance.
