• On the page of each item , below the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons, you can find the Ask a Question button.
• Click it, and a pop-up window will open.
• Enter your message and contact details so that the seller can contact you.

For registered customers:

• On the page of each item , below the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons, you can find the Ask a Question button.
• Click it, and a pop-up window will open.
• Enter your message and contact details so that the seller can contact you.

• Go to the merchant's store (for instructions on how to navigate to the store, see How to find the items and stores you need on DXF4You.
• In the store, click the Contact button to start a chat with the seller and send a message.

Through the Orders section:

• Go to the Orders section in Your Account.
• Find the order you require and open it.
• Click the Help with order button to start a chat with the seller.

Through Messages:

• Open the Messages tab in Your Account.
• Click Help with order at the top of the screen.
• Select the required order and seller.
• Click Start chat.

For unregistered customers:

• Click the Ask a Question button located on the page of each item under the Buy Now or Add to Cart buttons.
• You can register on the website. After registration, you can use the above methods to contact the seller.
