How to find out the status of your order

To check the status of your order, you must sign in to the site. Thereafter, go to Your Account and select the Orders tab. Here you can view all your orders and their statuses. There are three possible statuses:

  • Paid: the order has been successfully paid for and the files are available for download.
  • Unpaid: the order has not been paid or the payment is still being processed. Payment processing may take some time depending on your payment system and bank procedures. After the payment is made, you will receive an email with order confirmation and links to download the files.
  • Canceled: the order was canceled by agreement of the buyer and seller.

If you are not a registered user, after making a payment you will receive an email with order confirmation and links to download the files.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Possible reasons for the absence of the letter:

  1. The payment is still being processed: The order confirmation email is sent automatically only after the payment has been processed successfully. Please wait a while and check your email later.
  2. The email went to the Spam folder: Check your spam folder in your email. Sometimes emails can get there accidentally.

If you still haven't received the email after checking these options, please contact the website support service for further assistance.
