How to leave an item review or blog comment on DXF4You

If you are a registered customer, you can leave a review about the items you have purchased. There are three ways to do this:

The first way

1. Go to the page of the item you purchased.
2. Scroll down to the reviews section of the page.
3. Click the Write Review button.
4. Rate the item and write a review.
5. Add a link to a YouTube video (optional).
6. Upload up to 5 images (optional).
7. Click Write Review to submit a review.

The second way

1. Sign in to Your Account.
2. Go to the Orders section.
3. Open the order containing the item you want to leave a review about.
4. Next to the item name, click the Write Review button.
5. Fill out the feedback form as described above.
6. Click Write Review to submit a review.

The third way

1. Sign in to Your Account.
2. Go to the Your Reviews section.
3. Find the item you want to review.
4. Opposite the item, click the Write Review button.
5. Fill out the feedback form.
6. Click Write Review to submit a review.

After you leave a review using any of these three methods, it will be sent for moderation. Your review must comply with the Terms of Use. After the review by moderators, if the review does not violate our rules, it will be made available to all site visitors.

Managing reviews

• Viewing reviews. All of your reviews are available in the Your Reviews section of Your Account.
• Delete a review. In the Your reviews section, select the item with the review and expand the review. If you want to delete the review, click the Delete button next to it. This can be useful if you change your mind or want to change your review.

How to leave a comment on the DXF4You blog

If you are a registered customer, you can leave comments under articles in our blog. This gives you the opportunity to:

• Ask a question.
• Suggest a topic for the next article.
• Communicate with other readers.

Steps to leave a comment:

1. Go to the article you are interested in.
2. Scroll down to the comments section.
3. Enter your comment in the text box.
4. Click the Add comment button.
5. Moderation. Your comment will be sent to a moderator for review.
6. Publication. After approval, the comment will appear on the site.

Important notes:

• Your comment must comply with the Terms of Use.
• Comments that violate the rules may be deleted.
