How to get help with your order
To resolve ordering issues, it is best to contact the seller of the item directly.
For registered customers:
Through the Orders section:
- Go to the Orders section in Your Account.
- Find the order you need and open it.
- Click the Help with order button to start a chat with the seller.
Through Messages:
- Open the Messages tab in Your Account.
- Click Help with order at the top of the screen.
- Select the required order and seller.
- Click Start chat.
For unregistered customers:
- Click the Ask a Question button located on each item page under the Buy Now or Add to Cart buttons.
- You can register on the website. After registration, you can use the above methods to contact the seller.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller or have a dispute, you can always contact the website's support service for additional assistance.
