How to follow your favorite items

On the DXF4You website, you can save your favorite items by adding them to your favorites list. To achieve this, click on the heart icon located on the item photo. If you are registered, the item will automatically be added to the Favorites section of Your Account. If you are not registered, the system will offer to create an account to save your favorites.

In the Favorite items section, you can organize your favorite items using lists. This is useful for collecting ideas, sorting by topic or project.

After you register in Your Account, a default list of favorite items is automatically created. All your favorite items are initially added to it, but you can create new lists and change the default list.

Add an item to the list of favorites:

  1. Open an item category or a specific item page.
  2. Click the heart icon in the upper corner of the item photo.
  3. After that, you will receive a notification that the item has been added to the list of favorites. By default, the item will be saved to the main list, but you can move it to another one in Your Account.

Clicking the heart icon again removes the item from the list of favorites.

Remove an item from the list of favorites:

  1. In the Favorites section of Your Account, select an item or several items by clicking the checkbox in the upper-right corner of the photo. You can also select all items by clicking Select all under the list name.

  2. Select Edite name.
  3. In the pop-up window that appears, type a new name for the list and click Save.

  1. The Default list cannot be deleted, if you want to delete it, assign the Default status to another list.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of the list name.
  3. Select Delete list.
  4. In the pop-up window that appears, click the Delete button.

Change the default list:

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the name of the list you want to set as the Default.
  2. Select Set as Default. Thereafter, a check mark appears next to the list name.

Why the item disappeared from your favorites:

  1. The seller removed the item from the store.
  2. The seller's store was closed.
  3. DXF4You deleted an item or store because of a violation of the site policy.

By following these recommendations, you will be able to effectively organize your lists of favorite items.
