How to complain about an item or store

In the appropriate fields, please provide your contact information, email address for feedback, and describe in detail the nature of the problem or violation. If the issue concerns a specific item, we recommend contacting the seller first. If the seller does not resolve the issue, you can contact the support service to help you understand the situation.
Complaints related to the violation of intellectual property rights should also be submitted to the support service. If you believe that an item or content infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please be sure to indicate this in your request with appropriate evidence. We will conduct a detailed review and, if the infringement is confirmed, take appropriate action, including removal of the infringing content.
The complaint procedure is confidential. The seller or store owner will not know who filed the complaint.
