    How digital items are delivered to DXF4You

    DXF4You delivers the digital Items to the buyer in accordance with the Terms of Use posted on the site. The user can familiarize himself with the terms of the provision of services and delivery of digital stems in more detail by reviewing the Terms of Use.

    Since DXF4You does not sell the digital stems in physical form, the delivery of the digital items shall not be carried out to the buyer's physical address.

    Delivery of the digital items shall be carried out exclusively in electronic form, by sending the digital items by email or by providing the opportunity to download the digital items from the website or in any other way agreed between DXF4You and the buyer.

    How to Access Purchased Digital Items

    For Registered Buyers:

    1. Email with Download Links
      After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email sent to the address provided during registration. This email will include payment confirmation and links to download the purchased digital items.
    2. Access via Your Account

    All purchased digital items are always available in the Orders section of Your Account. This section displays all your orders.

    • To access digital items, open the desired order.

    • Next to each item, there will be a Download button. By clicking it, you can download the purchased digital items at any convenient time.

    For Unregistered Buyers:

    Email with Download Links.

    After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email sent to the address provided when placing the order. The email will include payment confirmation and links to download the purchased digital items.

    After the payment is successfully processed, you will have immediate access to download the files of the digital items. The download link will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct to avoid possible delays in accessing your order. After downloading, you will receive a ZIP archive containing all the necessary files and information. To unzip the files, you will need archive management software that can be installed on your hardware. If you do not have such software, you can download it online for free or please contact the seller who will send you the unzipped files to your email address.
