I do not receive emails from DXF4You
If you are not receiving emails from DXF4You, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check that your email is correct
- Sign in to your DXF4You account. Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the site.
- In the pop-up window, enter your email and password to sign in.
- Go to the Your Profile section by clicking on your name or the pencil icon (edit icon).
- In the profile section, find the field with your email address.
- Make sure that the email address is correct, with no typos or extra spaces.
2. Check your Spam folder. Sometimes emails can end up in this folder by mistake.
3. Add the email address info@dxf4you.com to your list of trusted senders.
4. If you have several email addresses, your account or order may have been created with one of them, and emails are sent to this address.
- Check all of your emails that may have been used during registration or checkout.
5. If you have placed an order without registering and suspect that you may have made a mistake in entering your email address, please contact DXF4You support service.
If you have followed all of the above steps and still do not receive emails, please contact DXF4You support service.
